Why a Troy crew picks up the phone
Got a heat pump that won't keep up in a Troy winter? One local crew takes your HVAC repair from the first phone call through the final check, so you deal with the same people start to finish.
How Heat Pump Repair Troy started
Heat Pump Repair Troy has been serving all of Michigan. Our story starts the way most service-business stories should: with a frustration at how complicated and impersonal HVAC service had become. We set out to do it differently, our own HVAC technicians instead of subcontractors, plain explanations, careful work, and the kind of follow-through that earns repeat customers.
"Treat every customer the way we'd want our own families treated, honestly, carefully, and without upselling."
Our values
Straight answers
We explain what is wrong with your heat pump in plain terms, so you understand the problem and the options before deciding anything about your Troy home.
Careful workmanship
Our HVAC technicians take time with wiring, refrigerant lines, and defrost controls, because a rushed heat pump job tends to come back in a few weeks.
Local to Troy
We know the older split systems and the newer cold-climate units common around Troy, and we plan each visit around the neighborhoods and homes we serve every week.
